You mean The X/1999 movie? Well its licensed so its hard to find. You can download it as a torrent file on boxtorrent.com. But you need to be a registered member to that site to be able to download anything off that site. And I'm not sure their taking new members right now you may have to wait but you can try. That is if your not already a member, I'm assuming you don't know about boxtorrents.
Oh yeah I think anime-supreme.com has it too. But their like boxtorrent, you've got to be a member and all that stuff.

Well, for the cosplaying... i usually hang out at hobby stores. in malaysia, certain hobby stores have a 'monthly' cosplay session just for those really avid anime fans. maybe you can get more info from your hobby or anime store... thanks for writing in my guestbook btw
